its not nice hoterl at all, employees are very rude, we've been accused by a missing tissue carton, and they assisted our passports until they seek for a tissue box... its very cheap hospitality. i inquired for room service to supply me conditioner, they brought me one peice from shampoo only!!!!!! i asked for baby outer garment, they bought it without mattress, when i asked where is the matterss, my progeny is dozing, they notified me that they dp not have mattress for the baby coat...!!!!! they have the progeny bed without mattress!!!!! i let my baby sleep over wrappings and pillows...!!! its very awful stay, and i wont suggest it to anyone ever...
Travel tilt: not anything can let you stay there, everything is soooo bargain, staff are un met, the procedures of check out is horrible, and they even do not have the high standard of inn managements.

1-i send exceptional demand to agoda for extra beds but i did not received the answer from agoda. 2- i publication junior suite with morning meal and it is show for additional beds for the young kids under 12 years i have tow childre and the are 9 years/6 years. 3- the inn employees the told me we have your special demand messag but we can not give you the additional beds we should drive demand to agoda for your demand. 4- and no one from the employees can bake to me.

We are a family of 5 with 2 young kids elderly 12 and 1 elderly 5. We were adept to get connecting rooms and rooms were spacious. hotel is ver well established with buying shopping centre and many bistros and shopping centre supermarket within short strolling expanse. We discovered it a good worth for money!
